Go Pool Shop will only refund payments made if the order has not yet been dispatched or if Go Pool Shop has sent the incorrect product.

If a customer has ordered the incorrect product or changed their mind, Go Pool Shop will not be liable and no refund will be made. Please note that customers will be responsible for postage and handling costs.

In the event that Go Pool Shop agrees to a refund, there will be a 20% restocking fee.
